Why we created this trip

We created this trip to read Algeria as a great open-air history book, without turning it into a lecture. The ancient sites, the cities, the Mediterranean and the architecture come alive when they are connected to a meal, a workshop, a conversation and the eye of a local guide. The itinerary crosses the country's great historical layers while remaining alive, human and contemporary.
