Terms of sale & cancellation

Scope

These terms apply to all travel services and tourism services offered by Znika Experience. Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed by payment of a deposit of 40% of the total price when made more than 30 days before departure. For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure. Accepted payment methods are those offered by Znika at the time of booking.

Cancellation by the participant

Any cancellation must be notified in writing. More than 30 days before departure: fixed administration fees. Between 30 and 21 days: 30% of the total price. Between 20 and 8 days: 50% of the total price. Less than 8 days: 100% of the total price.

Cancellation by the organiser

If a departure is cancelled, in particular due to an insufficient number of participants or force majeure, the traveller is refunded the amounts paid, without being entitled to any further compensation, in accordance with the conditions set out in the contract.

Possible changes and liability

The programme, itinerary or accommodation may be adjusted where exceptional circumstances or an event of force majeure so require. Znika Experience accepts no liability for activities booked directly on site by the traveller and not included in the original package.

Price validity

Prices are set on the basis of the economic conditions in force at the time of publication. They may be revised in the event of a significant variation in transport costs, taxes or exchange rates, in accordance with the applicable rules.

Travel documents

The traveller must hold the documents required for the trip: passport, visa and, where applicable, health documents. Obtaining them and ensuring their validity is the traveller's responsibility, unless a specific service is expressly included.

Adventure trips and expeditions

Some circuits take place in remote areas, with sometimes basic comfort and logistical constraints specific to the environment. The traveller must review the level and conditions of each programme before booking.

Complaints

Any complaint must be addressed to Znika Experience within the period indicated in the contractual conditions applicable to the trip.
